Welcome to Seacrest Village, a beautiful community designed specifically for those over 55.
Our village is conveniently located less than five minutes away from Hillarys Marina and the stunning northern beaches coastline. Plus, with a bus service just outside our gate, you can easily access Westfield Whitford Shopping Centre and the Whitfords and Warwick train stations.
Our village consists of 110 two and three-bedroom villas and 59 one-bedroom and bedsit units, all independently owned and governed by the Strata Titles Act. As an owner, you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the internal area of your villa or unit.
Our Strata Council, made up of elected owners, is responsible for all administration and maintenance duties within the village. The council meets once a month and is elected by owners at the Annual General Meeting. We encourage owners and residents to share their suggestions on how we can improve the village lifestyle.
The present Strata Council comprises a Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Maintenance A, Maintenance B, Gardens, and Office Administrator, all of whom volunteer their time and do not receive any remuneration except for out-of-pocket expenses.
Exclusive Strata Management (ESM) are contracted to assist us with the administration of the complex. At Seacrest Village, we are always working to make our community the best it can be.
